Paris Le Marais Exclusive Two-Day Group Workshop
The two-day workshop in Paris will take place in Le Marais. During the workshop, I will guide and teach you on your specific photography interests.
Workshop Dates
- April 11–12, 2026
- April 25-26, 2026
Lunch on both days is included. Dinner and hotel accommodations are not included in the workshops, but if desired, I am more than willing to book you a hotel, preferably the one I always stay in (Hotel Emile in Le Marais). Let me know in the comment section when booking. Your booking will also contain helpful information concerning travelling to and within Paris.
Coming from a mother who was a French teacher, I know that learning new skills can be so much fun. It is a natural thing. All I do is take you by the hand and let you do things you’re good at but didn’t yet know.

I speak French, English, Dutch, and German. I fake a little Italian too.
Le Marais is a very special arrondissement. Some of the oldest buildings of Paris are here. Narrow streets filled with food and drinks (Café la Perle is a favourite) and inspiring people. It is also the epicentre of fashion—the streets sometimes feel like a catwalk. All in all, a perfect scenery for the workshop.
My family is from Paris, so I feel very much at home here.

“The workshop with Alain was incredibly valuable. No endless theory, just out on the street with a camera. Learning by doing.
Alain takes his time, explains things clearly, and has a great sense of humor.
This workshop is highly recommended if you’re practical and enjoy learning how to take great photos in an inspiring environment!”
